Social Media is an Investment. Invest wisely.

No doubt, some wonderful suggestions in this article. Yet, my cynical side wonders why none of these results include actual statistics. For example, the results are: "memberships increased," "had to expand her team," and "several new clients." In the end, these types of generalized results are not proof that the time (which is considerable) and money invested was worth the revenue generated. Before you start freaking out over all the things you need to do on social media, be sure to consider your audience, time, expense, and technology needs! Not every business can, or should, attempt to engage fans in every way possible.
